Terms and Conditions — 777cox Pakistan Platform Rules

By accessing the 777cox website, creating an account or placing any bet, wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the complete agreement between you and 777cox governing your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 777cox. Continued use of the platform after any terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information required during the registration or subsequent verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not open an account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your account.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) are personal and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, notify 777cox support immediately so access can be restricted.
• Account sharing, transferring or selling your account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

777cox is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 777cox may request documentary proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage user will be forfeited.

• 777cox may request verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is for your account security and is a standard process.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process faster than bank transfer withdrawals. VIP members at Gold and Platinum tier benefit from expedited withdrawal processing.
• Deposits made by third parties — including family members — will not be accepted and will be returned. All funds deposited must come from a payment method in your own name.

777cox offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. These bonus-specific terms take precedence over any general description of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your 777cox account balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual offer page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per payment method applies.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 777cox reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses credited to a player's account expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance.
• VIP programme cashback and tier rewards operate under the separate VIP terms, which are available on the VIP page.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the 777cox sportsbook, covering Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports, Tennis and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 777cox reserves the right to refuse or restrict bets at its discretion.
• Bets placed on an event after it has started (live/in-play bets) are subject to the live odds at the moment of acceptance. Once accepted, in-play bets are binding.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or fails to reach the minimum completion threshold (for example, the minimum overs required for an official cricket result), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• For DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) affected cricket matches that reach an official result, bets stand and settle on the DLS-adjusted result unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If any selection in an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs at reduced odds.
• Obvious errors in pricing — including human input errors — do not create a binding obligation for 777cox to honour bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including matched betting or exploitation of pricing errors, may result in winnings being withheld pending investigation and potential account action.

These rules apply to all casino and game products available on 777cox including slot games, live casino tables, fish shooting games and any other game format offered on the platform.

• All games on 777cox operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanisms. Game outcomes are not influenced by 777cox operators.
• Bets placed and accepted in a game round are binding. Technical issues experienced by the player on their device or network do not affect the validity of accepted game rounds.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error on the 777cox platform side, affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. This determination is made by 777cox at its discretion based on the available technical record.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and update in real time. The jackpot amount at the precise moment it is triggered is the confirmed prize, which may differ slightly from the amount last displayed to the winning player due to network timing.
• Fish game prizes are calculated based on the bullet cost at the time of the winning shot multiplied by the displayed fish multiplier. Disputes regarding fish game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the server-side game log.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cox and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion or provision of inside information to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or in collusion with other users.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an unmet wagering requirement through account manipulation.
• Using the 777cox platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777cox staff or other users through any communication channel.

777cox reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Continued operation of the account is deemed a risk to the platform or other users.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 777cox support. Any balance remaining in a closed account (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the verified payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures.

777cox is committed to providing a platform where entertainment stays within the bounds of responsible play. All registered players have access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

• 777cox does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses beyond the direct value of any disputed game round or bet. Our liability in any single incident is capped at the stake amount involved in that specific dispute.

Nothing in these terms limits 777cox's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a 777cox account holder — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered contact details or a prominent notice on the platform.
